My Bakery Story
Hi, I’m Jordan, the owner of Dough & Co. by Jo, a small woman-run microbakery. I discovered my love for sourdough four years ago, and my starter has been growing strong ever since. Recently, I’ve added gluten-free sourdough to the mix, and while it took some time, my gluten-free starter is now active and bubbly!
I take gluten allergies seriously, which is why I make sure to prepare and bake my gluten-free and traditional sourdough in separate areas to ensure safety for everyone.
